What is Morning Edge?
Morning Edge is a natural supplement made for intermittent fasting. It combines five extracts: four mushrooms (lion's mane, reishi, chaga and cordyceps) and rhodiola rosea. It comes as a powder, Morning Edge Ritual, and as capsules, Morning Edge To-Go.
Is Morning Edge fasting safe?
Yes. Morning Edge is made to be taken during your fasting window. It contains no sugars, no sweeteners, no fillers and no caffeine.
What is in it?
Lion's mane extract, reishi extract, chaga extract, cordyceps extract and rhodiola rosea extract. Nothing else is added.
What do "10:1" and "dual extracted" mean?
A 10:1 extract means ten parts of raw mushroom are concentrated into one part of extract. Dual extracted means the mushrooms go through both a water extraction and an alcohol extraction, so compounds that dissolve in either one are kept.
Does it contain caffeine?
No. Morning Edge is caffeine free.
Is it vegan and gluten free?
Yes. Morning Edge is vegan, gluten free and keto friendly.
Using it
What is the difference between Ritual and To-Go?
The formula is the same. Ritual is a powder you stir into a hot drink, with 90 servings per jar. To-Go is the same formula in capsules, with 45 servings per bottle, for days when you do not want to mix anything. The Morning Edge Bundle includes both.
How do I take Morning Edge Ritual?
Stir one scoop (1 g) into your favorite hot drink, such as coffee, tea or hot water, in the morning during your fasting window.
How do I take Morning Edge To-Go?
Take two capsules with water in the morning during your fasting window.
Can I take it every day?
Yes. Morning Edge is designed for daily use as part of a consistent routine. Listen to your body: mushrooms, like any natural ingredient, can affect each person differently. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, talk to your healthcare provider first.
Can I take it if I do not fast?
